About the Artist
I would describe myself as an artist working in mixed media with printing and photography to create work which is continually evolving, inspired by colour, materials, and aspects of the natural world.
I studied fine art at Chelsea School of Art, specialising in sculpture using wood and fabric and although I now use mainly paint and paper, there are elements of construction in much of my work.
Book structures are also of interest, I construct small books which can be objects in themselves or act as a vehicle for ideas and topics of interest.
I am currently working on how information can be gathered and organised, using colour, paper and found objects. My work has been exhibited at various venues in West London including the Beldam Gallery at Brunel University and I have taken part in Hillingdon Open Studios. I have taught Abstract painting, held workshops and run a small art group based in Eastcote
